• No less than 25% percent of the company's shingle installation workforce, including at least one supervisor, has passed the Master Shingle Applicator™ (MSA) examination and continues to be accredited.
• At least one employee is currently qualified as a CertainTeed Quality Master™ or Star Contractor, or has been a member of the CertainTeed Professional Roofer Advisory Council within the last 2 years.
• Workers' compensation insurance, as required by law, and liability insurance covering roofing have been submitted and are on file at CertainTeed. The contractor has agreed to keep this coverage up to date, and current in CertainTeed Corporation's files
